D/A analyses UAE consumers sentiment across economy, business and employment for the month of September to identify regional leading trends.
SUMMARY The UAE’s Sila CSI for September has taken another small hit with a decline overall of just - 0.4 basis points. Business was the only contributor to the loss in sentiment, with employment and economy, although at very different scales and impact, remaining in positive growth states. “With employment growth remaining strong and consistent, the slower-pace increases in sentiment across business and final roll-out to the economy, are expected to follow” Paul Kelly, Managing Partner The UAE’s Sila CSI has once again declined. September shows a drop of -0.4 basis points. The UAE remains in a high net positive position overall and is indicating further growth in confidence. The small drop is attributed to a loss in business confidence. Confidence in employment and the economy remains in positive growth states.
