• Segmentech: AI-driven audience segmentation
• API access and integrations
• Custom analytics and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Your Content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILA INSIGHTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
